Marjorie Huffman (nee Kern), 90, March 4, 2008, born in New Castle, IN; previously of New Palestine, IN; and current resident of Matteson, IL; beloved wife of the late Virgil Tyrus; loving mother of Marilyn (Harry) Jupp; cherished grandmother of Kim (Larry) Martin, Heather (Patrick) Hogan, and Kevin Shannon; dear great grandfather of Larry, Aly, Aiden, and Roam. Marjorie was an active member of St. Johns Faith United Church of Christ in Matteson, IL; and founded the "Out to Lunch Bunch" at St. Johns Church, and a member of The Quilters Plus, Quilt Club in Flossmoor, IL. Resting at Hirsch Funeral Home, 3501 W. Lincoln Hwy.
