Michael Borders, 47 of Steger passed away on Thursday morning, February 17, 2011. He was born on September 10, 1963 in Chicago Heights; a son of Wayne and Joann Borders. Family members include his wife: Elizabeth "Beth" Borders, his mother: Joann Borders Frank, his mother-in-law: Patricia Artrip, his brothers: Larry (Gail) Borders, Terry Borders, sister-in-law: Janeen (Tim) Tokarz, nieces: Trinity and Megan. He was preceded in death by his father: Wayne Borders and his grandparents: Norman and Leona Hassberg and Perry & Buelah Borders. Funeral services will be held at 7:00PM on Monday evening, February 21, 2011 at Hirsch West End Chapel in Matteson, where the family will greet guests on Monday from 4:00PM until the time of services at 7:00PM.
