Christopher Simmons, 29, of Park Forest passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at home. He was born on March 4, 1989. His family members include his father: Gary Simmons; mother: Jill Simmons and step-father: Steve Bielunski; his sister: Jori (Kevin) MacNaught; step-sister: Amber Bielunski; his loving girlfriend: Rachael Weaver; grandparents, many supportive aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family will greet guests on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 5:00 until 8:00PM at Lain-Sullivan Funeral Home in Park Forest. Interment will be private.
