Cynthia Ann Foreman was born on November 29, 1954 in Mc Comb Mississippi to Samuel and Henrietta Foreman. Cynthia was the second born of three children- brothers Samuel and Jesse. Cynthia moved to Park Forest, IL with her family and she attended Rich Central High School and received her diploma. Cynthia began her career as a Mental Health Technician at Elizabeth Ludeman Center in Park Forest, IL While working at Ludeman, she met and married Leonard Wells on June22, 1985. Cynthia had two children together, Lance and Larry. Cynthias passions include traveling, supporting her children sporting events. Cynthia enjoyed oldies music, board games, video games, watching sports and talking on the phone with her friends. Cynthia leaves to cherish her memory a devoted Husband, Leonard L. Wells, two loving Brothers Samuel and Jesse Foreman, Two loving children Lance and Larry Wells, three cherished grandchildren Laniya, Ari and Cory, as well as many long-time and cherished friends whom she considered extended family.
