David Schneid, 75, of Matteson, passed away July 5, 2021 at Generations of Applewood of Matteson. He was born November 24, 1945, son of William and Harriet (Karczewski) Schneid. He was employed at Calument Steel as a roller operator for over 30 years. Dave enjoyed reading and model railroading. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Paulette, a brother Thomas (Karen). 2 nephews; Mark (Jennifer ) Schneid, Douglas Schneid and a neice, Allison (Mike) Lutz.
