James T. Cuffe Jr. 84, of Eagle River, Wis. passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016 in Stephenson, Mich. Jim was born January 2, 1932 in Chicago, IL to the late James and Gertrude (OBrian) Cuffe Sr. On October 11, 1952 he married Marlene Kloss in Chicago Heights, IL. Jim owned and operated Pilgrim Electric in Matteson, IL where he was a wonderful boss. After retiring he moved to Eagle River, Wis. where he has spent the last 25 years. Jim enjoyed woodworking, making people laugh and spending time with his family. Jim is survived by his wife of 63 years Marlene of Eagle River, Wis., two daughters Carol (John) Anzelmo of Madison, Wis. Mary (Dave) Wenz of Morresville, Ind.; three sons, Tom (Sharon) Cuffe of Stephenson, Mich., David Cuffe of Park Forest, IL and Daniel (Kelly) Cuffe of Bourbonnais, IL; He is further survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Jim was preceded in death by one son Jimmy Cuffe, two sisters Marion St. Aubin and Gertrude Rausch. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Gaffney-BushaFuneral Home in Eagle River, Wisconsin, and a visitation at Hirsch West End Funeral Home 3501 W.
