Beard; cherished brother to Rochelle Edith (Leonard) Norberg, Michael Chandler, Vincent Chandler, Anna J. Chandler-Winfield, Dwayne Chandler, and Woodrow (Lolita) Chandler. John owned and operated the Law Offices of John Chandler in Kenosha Wisconsin for over 20 years, and spent over 5 years working for Metropolitan Water District of Chicago as a Senior Assistant Attorney.
