John W. Mann, 58, of Park Forest passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 17, 2013. He was born on May 8, 1955, in Chicago Heights; a son of Otto and Katherine (Jones) Mann. Loving husband of Debra Mann, cherished Father of Steven and Michelle, beloved brother of Tom (Patricia) Mann, Bob (Char) Mann and cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. John was a volunteer fireman in Matteson FD for five years, he worked Allis-Chalmers in Harvey for 10 years, and he was a truck driver for Tiger Paw Leasing in Park Forest for 28 years. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Church of the Nazarene. The family will greet guests on Friday from 3:00 until 9:00PM at Hirsch West End Chapel in Matteson. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Church of the Nazarene in Chicago Heights. Interment private.
