It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Lorraine Ellen Goodrich (née Brooks), who was born on January 17, 1936, and departed this life on February 7, 2025. Lorraine was born to William H Brooks and Lorraine (Price) Brooks in Baltimore, Maryland, She was the eldest surviving child until her recent passing. She is preceded in death by her sister Brenda Geralds and survived by her brothers Robert Brooks and Glen Brooks, and her sister Dawn Brooks. Lorraine loved serving the Lord, her family, friends and anyone who might need a helping hand. Lorraine is lovingly remembered by her three children: Octarvia Roberts, Diane Allen-Philips (Ronny), and Lorrie Allen-James (Neil). She was a cherished grandmother to Carlos Roberts, Jamie Roberts, James Roberts (Aali), Olivia Isadore (Anthony), Moriah Roberts, Haley Roberts, Brandon Philips, Sidney Leyva-Allen (Fernando), Kaitlyn James, and Kya James, and a proud great-grandmother to five great-grandchildren. Lorraine's legacy of love, kindness, and dedication to her family will forever be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
