Gibbs- Louis Dean "Louie", resident of Kansas City, Kansas formerly of Matteson and Chicago Heights; Beloved Husband of the late Theresa; Survived by daughter Gayle (the late Michael) Moses of Conroe, TX and son Bill (Debbie) Gibbs of Kansas City, Kansas, grandchildren Shawn & Michael Moses, Sheryl Lucius and Marcia Bruning, and great-grandchildren Macy & Michelle Moses and Koen Bruning. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Louie was preceded in death by parents William and Eva Gibbs, sisters Mary and Hannah and brothers Robert and Bert. He retired from Illinois Central Railroad after 38 years of service.
