Margaret "Marge" Thunherst, age 86, longtime resident of Crete, passed away August 16, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Gerald "Shim" Thunherst who passed away on September 9, 2004. Loving mother of Michael of Joliet, Pat (Brenda) of Steger, Dan (Chona) of Crete; and the late Bart Thunherst. Cherished grandmother of Katherine and Chad Thunherst, Charity (Ryan) Daly, Jessica Thunherst, Sheree (Rick) Pillman and Lauren Thunherst. Proud great grandmother of Ryan and Abigail Daly, Lilian Chittenden, Jena, Ricky and Amber Pillman. Fond sister of Mabel Dionne.
