Corey, 64 years old Passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on November 4, 2017 Born in Chicago Heights IL, resident of Matteson, IL Loving husband of 38 years to Debra Proud father of Melissa Wilson and Michael Corey Beloved Grandfather of Hannah "Banana" Roman and Jackson "Jacks" Corey Devoted son of the late Charles Corey and Frances Schapher-Brady Dearest brother of Steven Corey, Robert Corey, Patricia Himmel, and Katherine Pastore Michael was a long time resident of Matteson and a member of VFW 474. He worked at R.G. Ray for 18 years and Securitas for 9 years. A man with a wealth of knowledge who truly loved his family. Mike was a handyman who enjoyed tinkering in his garage with his son and fishing with his grandson. He loved attending school functions for his daughter and grand- daughter. He appreciated the freedom of riding his motorcycle through the country and loved his dog Famous. His witty and goofy personality will be missed greatly by all.
