Thomas and Sandra welcomed their daughter Teaou Rene Revis into this world on January 2, 1972 in Chicago, Illinois. Thomas was a jazz musician and Sandra was a residential property administrator. Teaou attended Georgia O'Keeffe Elementary School, and then Chicago Vocational High School (CVS). Teaou inherited her fathers musical proficiency and played the clarinet in the CVS marching band. She later attended cosmetology school and worked as a hair stylist. She also worked in telemarketing, which was a perfect position for her. Teaou loved people and people loved talking to her. She genuinely enjoyed making people happy and making people smile. Her warm and loving spirit made people love to be around her. Teaou Revis accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and was baptized on March 9, 2002 at Jerusalem Baptist Church. One of her favorite things to do, other than beautifying people and making the smile, was traveling. She visited nearly every state in the U. S., as well as several Caribbean islands. Teaou was called home to glory on September 9, 2016. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Revis, who passed in 1994. Her older sister, Michele Payne Revis, also accompanied her to glory in September of 2016. Teaou was a loving and beautiful soul and will be missed by her family and many friends. Teaou leaves behind her mom Sandra Marie Jenkins, her only daughter Tajon Dominique Revis, her granddaughter Sincere Holloway, her grandson Jayden Revis, her brother Darryl Revis, her sister Monique Revis, and her youngest sister Natasha Elicia Jenkins, her aunts Janice Ingram, Renee Jenkins, and Jerrilyn Revis Norris and a host of cousins and friends.
