Thomas "Tom" A. Peryam, 40, passed away suddenly at his home in Chicago, the evening of Sunday August 23rd. Beloved son of Kathryn (Terry) Peryam and the late David Bruce Peryam; loving brother of Joy Swoboda and David G. Peryam; fond uncle to Kate Swoboda. Tom was preceded in death by his grandparents Kathryn and Gregory Sloan and Gail and Dr. David R. Peryam. Tom was a loving son, brother and uncle. He was a loyal and caring friend and a compassionate dedicated nurse. During his short 40 years, Tom enjoyed careers as a flight attendant with United Airlines, sales rep for Crate and Barrel, and actor with the Illinois Theatre Center and the Fake Shrubbery Theatre Company. Resting at Lain-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematory, 50 Westwood Dr., where friends may call on Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday, 9:15 a.m., at chapel, to St. Irenaeus Church, 78 Cherry St., Park Forest, IL.
