Geraldine M.  Barr nee Groben

Beloved wife of the late Marion L. Barr; Loving Mother of Mary Lausted of Eastman, Wisconsin, Donald P. Barr of Illinois and the late Thomas J. Barr;

Loving and caring Grandmother and Great Grandmother; Dear sister of Alice (Paul) Farmer of Mattoon, IL.; and Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Geraldine “Jerry” Barr worked as a Dental Assistant in Mattoon, IL after her High School Graduation for 17 years. She also worked for Travelers Insurance until she retired.  She was a resident of the Crete-Beecher, Illinois area for over 45 years until relocating to Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin to be with her daughter after the passing of her husband in 2005.  Geraldine was a funny, loving, and a very generous woman. Jerry will be missed very much by all of her family and friends.

Family and Friends will gather for a Mass of the Ressurection at St. Liborius Church, 10:00 a.m. on January 18, 2019

Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu flowers, masses are preferred.
