Jack Thomas Evers, age 19 resident of Matteson, IL passed away April 9, 2021

beloved son of Jennifer Vernati (Mike Dorman) and Thomas (Cheryl) Evers;

beloved brother of David, Madalyn, Sun, Jade,Allison Jordan and Sebastian;

loving grandson of Sun (Ray), Armin, Elaine and Angel (Carrie);

proud uncle of Grayson, Ruben and Xavier; dearest nephew and cousin to the Finn family, Craig and Powers family, Vernati and Hristov family, Vernati and Lenard family, Evers family and Gorczynski family; loved by soulmate Cecilia Ortega-Gomez. Sincerely loved by his many forever brothers, sisters and families.  

Services and interment are private, the family will notify loved ones in the future when a service is scheduled.
