Joan Koutsky

Joan M Koutsky (nee Kirkwood), 92, of Park Forest, passed away on October 10, 2023, in Beecher, Il.

Joan was born in Chicago to James and Mary Kirkwood on June 11, 1931.  She married George Koutsky in 1950 in Chicago.  She graduated from DePaul University.  Joan worked as a teacher and was active in the Audubon society for many years. 

Joan is preceded in death by her husband George Koutsky and son Roy Koutsky. 

Joan is survived by her sons Kim (Betty), Scott (Aroon) and Lee (Anne Stuckel).  Three grandchildren and two step grandchildren.

Private services will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery where Joan will join George.
