Vincent Julian Adami

August 31, 1999 ~ February 27, 2022 (age 22) 22 Years Old

Tribute

Vincent Julian Adami was born in Chicago Heights, Saint James Hospital, on August 31,1999, to Michael and Fretzie Adami.  Vincent was born into this union as the second son of their now 5 children.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Vicente and Majelia Conanon. Vincent was baptized and confirmed at St. Irenaeus Church, in Park Forest, Illinois.  He, along with his brothers and sister attended Sunday school with the St. Irenaeus Community. The Adami Family, including their grandparents, Michael Sr. and Mary Adami are longstanding members of the church.

The Adami Family are time-honored treasures of the Park Forest Community, being residents for the past 47 years.  Vincent and his brothers, Michael, Kai, Quentin and sister Ezri, all matriculated through the Park Forest/Chicago-Heights District 163 schools. Vincent was a Forest Trail, Class of 2013 graduate. He then attended and graduated from Rich East High School in 2017.  In continuing his educational path, Vincent attended Prairie State College, where he completed the Emergency Medical Transport coursework and became a very compassionate, successful EMT with Elite Ambulance Company.

Vincent was blessed to be born into a large, loving family.  He enjoyed spending time with his  family and friends. Vincent was a wonderful man with a tender heart that he shared with his girlfriend of nearly three years, Vona. “Sweetness” as she was affectionately named by Vincent was the love of his life.  Vincent was an avid gamer and one of his favorite activities was whipping his brothers in Overwatch or Super Smash Bros.  He also enjoyed working out, playing pool, and was a good bowler and an excellent cook.  On any given day, Vincent may challenge one of his boys in a Live Cook Off.  These Cook Offs were Legendary and should have been made into the next great cooking show on Food Network. The latest challenge occurred last weekend, where his brother from another mother, James Watkins was challenged to make the best Indian cuisine. Let’s just say, for the sake of ending an argument, the contest was a Draw.

Vincent was returned to the Father who loved him best on Sunday, February, 27th at approximately 12:55am. The wonderful family left to cherish his precious memories include: his parents, Michael Jr. and Fretzie, brothers, Miko, Kai and Quentin, his only sister, Ezri, grandparents, Michael Sr. and Mary Adami, Aunts Heather, Christy (Andy), Bhim (Steven), uncle Vincent “VicVic” (Sarah) and his devoted girlfriend, Vona and a host of cousins, coworkers and friends.
