Mrs Larson was my favorite teacher from all my years of schooling. Her gentle methods and blithe spirit was something I sought in every educator for myself and my children. No one could really ever meet that same standard. Thank you Mrs. Larson for all you brought to me and thanks to her family for letting 40 years of young lives borrow her for a while.

Mrs. Larson was the best teacher I had throughout my school career. She left an indelible imprint on my life with her kindness and light spirit. No teacher ever measured up in the same way. When I had kids of my own, I used her as the pinnacle for how they were to be treated and educated. Thank you Mrs. Larson and thanks to her family for letting generations borrow her for a little while.

Mrs. Larson touched many lives -- even indirectly -- as I went on to teach, and I'm sure many other of her students. There were many times, when I would think about her when one of my students needed much TLC. She was so kind, and helped me to have an amazing start and success journey as a life-long learner. My kindergarten teacher. My inspiration. Such a dear sweet lady, was so kind and patient with me, as I struggled to learn. I was just thinking of her the other day, as I started my first day as a Kindergarten teacher assistant. As I walked through those doors I said to myself, I'm going to channel her, I can do this. You touched many little lives, and you will be missed.
