Fran was an important and loving mentor and former boss from the past when I was privileged to be her secretary at the Society of Residential Appraisers. Throughout all the years following my departure to finish college, Fran kept in touch, never losing that position in my life of caring, and very cherished friend. She is unforgettable, and I will miss her. I send my sincere condolences to her family and friends.
