Etel J. Billig (nee Papa), 79, beloved wife of the late Steven S. Billig, long time resident of Park Forest; loving Mother of Jonathan Billig and Curt ( Xiang Li) Billig. Etel was the Artistic Director of the Illinois Theatre Center. Visitation Monday, April 2, 2:00-9:00 p.m.  funeral service Tuesday, April 3, 11:00 a.m. at Lain-Sullivan Funeral Home 50 Westwood Dr., Park Forest, IL. Interment Beverly Cemetery.
